  • No. Our yoga classes are traditional yoga classes and are not themed around Dungeons & Dragons or gaming. The yoga space is quiet, focused, and designed for mindfulness and focused movement.

  • We believe that a balanced approach to life enables spiritual practitioners to encompass all experience without judgement as to what is “productive” or “appropriate” - whatever is on your path is there to be seen and explored, play is vital for growth - even as “adults” (old children).

  • We currently offer Yang Yoga and Yin Yoga classes.

  • No. Flexibility is not a requirement. Yoga is about awareness, breath, and gradual progress rather than achieving specific shapes.

    Yoga props are available for purchase in-store.

  • No. Yoga classes are open to everyone. You do not need any interest in gaming, tabletop games, or Dungeons & Dragons to participate.
